Course Overview
The course is structured such that the student gets a Take Home Assignment after every class. This ensures they continue their practice at home. Additionally, we make sure they write a page in six minutes. This is done as part of a speed writing course. The handwriting course is for 30 periods and the Calligraphy course that we take in schools is for 32 periods. Each period is an hour long.

Our Training approach
We follow the Observation, Engagement, and Appreciation approach. Thus, we follow these steps in our training approach-
- - We begin by identifying the student’s handwriting and needs.
- - Then, we train students right from basics, such as correcting the pen/pencil holding, and sitting posture while writing.
- - After these are mastered, they are taught basic strokes.
- - Then alphabets will be taught through the basic strokes.
- - Then words, sentence and paragraph training will be provided. Speed writing training will be provided as well.
Throughout the student will be given feedback to keep them engaged in the work and their onlosuccess will be appreciated to ensure they enjoy the work they do.

Callistyle offers two Calligraphy courses,
- The Brush Pen and
- The Copper Plate.
Both begin with learning basic strokes and end at creating faux watercolour backgrounds. Each course has a capstone project.
